The company provides analysis, advisory and execution services, encompassing the four main disciplines: strategic planning, financial analysis, marketing/sales and internal efficiencies.

The strategists at LW AND ASSOCIATES are multi-disciplined with industry wide experience in assisting start-ups, established businesses, and companies involved in a turnaround/crisis situation.  The services are customized to meet the specific requirements of the client based on scope, budget and time frame. Additionally, the project may require administrative work (industry research, media buying etc.), which is handled by contracted staff.

The Chief Strategist, Lori Williams has over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, finance, sales/marketing and operations and is personally involved in all client interactions.

In 2007, Lori Williams also founded Business Simply Put  (a division of LW AND ASSOCIATES) out of a desire to serve the small business community. To this end, she developed products and services affordable to start-ups, small companies and individuals.

In this, the necessary steps to meet company goals and objectives are determined. In cases of restructuring, valuable insight is obtained regarding why the company may not be achieving desired objectives.

Strategic Oversight and Execution
LW and Associates takes an active role in both the development and the execution; beginning with a complete company analysis involving the four main disciplines above, advising in the development of strategic goals and direction and executing on both a strategic and tactical level.

LW AND ASSOCIATES long-term objective in all consulting relationships is to create client independence.  To this end the company uses an internal philosophy known as the E3 consulting model (evaluate, educate, enable).

Evaluate

Before any actions can be taken the situation must be thoroughly evaluated, the problem completely understood and a potential solution determined. During this process LW AND ASSOCIATES  often takes an active role, assuming responsibility for the evaluation and implementation processes.

Educate
